JOSEPH RATHBUN, age 35, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 and obtained an MBA from Columbia University in 2020.  Mr. Rathbun spent close to a decade in the energy industry working for Shell across various business groups and geographies.  He most recently served as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Wolverine Advanced Materials.
